See the i4cp
Blog highlighting the 5 interesting themes Jay Jamrog and the i4cp
Research Team have identified in the recent Leadership Behaviors study.
You may recall Jay shared the preliminary results with the EDE in our January
meeting. These new themes and other insights will be part of the focus
for our March 17th EDE meeting.
One of the discussions during this meeting will be:
Which of the Leadership Behaviors are developable, and which are best suited for selection – either internal or external?
Please come prepared to discuss how your Leadership
Competencies compare with the recently revealed leadership behaviors and Key
Themes. I look forward to reconnecting with you again on our call, and
learning what changes each of your organizations is seeing as a result of the
pandemic, and how you are adapting your competency models and development
practices in response.
