At the November 30th CLTO Board meeting we were focused on the topic of ESG - Environmental, Social, Governance – initiatives and their impact on talent and learning in particular. We started with a presentation from Katheryn Brekken, Sr. Research Analyst at i4cp, who shared the key findings from a recent survey i4cp conducted on HR's Role in ESG.
Then we heard from three members of the CLTO Board about their work in this area: Beth Carlson, Corporate VP of Talent at Raytheon; Gwen Hall, Executive Director of Learning and OD at Prisma Health; and Michael Fischer, VP of Global Talent Management at Sysco.
