At our March meeting we welcomed Kate Zimberg, VP, Employee Experience and Enablement at F-5 Networks as our guest speaker. She talked with us about The Lead5 Program at F5Networks and how they are moving what started as a program for the top of the house down through all of their ranks. And, i4cp CEO Kevin Oakes talked with us about his just released new book: CULTURE RENOVATION - 18 Leadership Actions to Build an Unshakeable Company. We discussed the things he learned while writing the book that have the greatest impact for talent executives.

We also added a new feature to our meetings - “micro connections” - in response to a number of you commenting that our virtual meetings have made it harder to feel the sense of personal connection to other Board members. We also miss those informal moments that our in-person meetings allowed and hope you enjoyed this portion of the meeting.
