Atlanta CHRO Forum: Leading from Anywhere

ATL CHRO Forum Feb 25 Hero 1200x623

The Atlanta CHRO Forum convenes on February 25, 2026, for an exclusive, in-person gathering designed for senior HR leaders navigating the realities of distributed work. Hosted by Cox Communications in Atlanta, GA, this peer-driven forum will explore the theme Leading from Anywhere: Driving Results in the Age of Distributed Work. As organizations continue to operate across hybrid and remote models, this session offers CHROs a confidential, vendor-free environment to examine how leadership must evolve to sustain performance, engagement, and enterprise results.

The forum will feature Rob Cross, SVP of Research at i4cp, who will translate cutting-edge research into practical leadership insights grounded in real organizational outcomes. Drawing on extensive data and executive experience, Rob will challenge traditional leadership assumptions and highlight what truly differentiates high-performing leaders in today’s complex operating models. Participants will leave with clarity on:

• How effective leadership is inherently context-specific, rather than one-size-fits-all
• Why targeted leadership practice, not broad traits, or popular frameworks, drives measurable organizational performance
• How the four leadership archetypes shape results, and how addressing common derailers can significantly elevate leader effectiveness
