Infographic: How to Address Collaborative Overload

Over the last year, we’ve explored various facets of how organizations must drive purposeful collaboration (not just collaboration for collaboration’s sake) to inspire teamwork, productivity, and innovation. We’ve also looked at how organizations can avoid collaborative overload, most notably in the i4cp/Rob Cross report titled, predictably, How to Avoid Collaborative Overload.  

While most of the research has looked at strategic approaches to improve collaboration at an organizational level, the research also found or confirmed some very tactical techniques to reduce overload. See the infographic below (click on the image to see a larger version):
