Eric Davis is Creative Director and Senior Editor at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp). His work focuses on helping organizations translate research insights into practical strategies for building high-performance, people-centered workplaces. Eric has led or co-authored numerous studies focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility, drawing on his background as a researcher, writer, editor, and graphic designer.
Eric serves as the lead researcher for i4cp’s Impact and Belonging Leader Board and the Impact and Belonging Exchange. He is also a frequent co-host of i4cp’s Next Practices Weekly webinar series, a forum where HR leaders convene to explore emerging and evidence-based practices, particularly on inclusion and belonging topics.
During his more than 20 years with i4cp, Eric has played a central role in supporting the organization’s research function by designing hundreds of reports, white papers, case studies, infographics, and practical tools used by HR and business leaders.
In 2024, Eric co-presented i4cp’s DEI research at the White House. His work has been published or featured in Talent Management Magazine, Diversity Executive, and The Daily Beast, among others. He has also appeared on HuffPost Live discussing initiatives that advance workplace accessibility, including the Best Buddies JOBs Program.
He holds an MA in Journalism and Mass Communication from Marshall University, with a minor in Political Science. Both professionally and personally, Eric is committed to advancing diverse, inclusive, and ethical workplace practices.
