Agile Leader Checklist
Agile organizations require agile leaders. These leaders are boundaryless--they see beyond self and silo; create inclusive and innovative environments; ensure alignment with head and heart; and build purposeful networks across the enterprise ecosystem. High-performance organizations strive to have leaders who are effective at the following traits--all are highly correlated to market performance and agility effectiveness.
The following infographic, which outlines eight leadership behaviors and capabilities, is based on over 1,800 responses from i4cp's ongoing study into organizational agility, the findings of which were published in the report The Three A’s of Organizational Agility: Reinvention Through Disruption.
Eric received his master’s degree in journalism and mass communication from Marshall University in 1996. He has had 20+ years of workforce experience in a variety of fields.
