Managing Leadership Talent Risk
Having the right leaders in place now – and planning to have the right ones in place in the future – has never been more important. Our meeting this Wednesday, Feb 22 @ 11:30 EST (8:30 PT) will focus on Leadership Talent Risk. Based on my outreach of last week, our members will be sharing great examples and discussing key questions:
- “Getting started” - What is Leadership Talent Risk and why is it so critical?
- “What’s the business issue?” – What are the business impacts and consequences for not addressing talent risk?
- “How do we approach the problem?” - How do we use data and analytics?
- How do we assess it? Should we approach it on a local or enterprise level?
- How do we prioritize where to focus?
- How do we mitigate leadership risk in the toughest areas?
- What do we measure and monitor?
- “How do we get ahead of this issue?” What are the challenges nearly all practitioners face, and how can we be more proactive in addressing Leadership Talent Risk?
