Webinar: The Inclusive Talent Pool: Employing People With Disabilities

One in five people of working age in the U.S. has a disability, yet despite well-publicized talent shortages the national unemployment rate for people with a disability is nearly twice that of the broader population. For people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), that number climbs to 81%.

In collaboration with Best Buddies International, recently released a new study, titled The Inclusive Talent Pool, that examines how organizations are tapping into these previously underserved talent pools, the success they are seeing, and the stigmas they are disproving as a result of it.

Please listen to i4cp’s VP of Research, Lorrie Lykins and Best Buddies Sr. VP, David Quilleon as they present the latest findings from i4cp’s report The Inclusive Talent Pool: Hiring People with Disabilities.
