The Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) is pleased to announce that Colliers International Chief HR Officer Mindy Geisser and Chief Information Officer Veresh Sita will present at the i4cp 2014 Conference, consistently referred to by HR executives as one of the best annual human capital events.
Community is a core value at Colliers International, a leading global commercial real estate company. In their session, Geisser and Sita will demonstrate how Colliers embraces this value by channeling its efforts toward making the world a better place. They will explain how to:
- Encourage your employees to embrace your company's culture
- Get your employees to live the company's values and make them their own
Furthermore, Geisser and Sita will discuss why they launched a nonprofit organization called Everyone Gives to focus on the communities where Colliers employees live and work, and the impact this has had on Colliers as a whole.
"Colliers has done amazing work with communities throughout the world, and just as importantly has integrated these values into their culture," said Kevin Oakes, CEO of i4cp. “With its emphasis on market-driven workforce practices, the i4cp 2014 Conference is a terrific venue to share Colliers' story with other member organizations and business leaders."
The i4cp 2014 Conference, set for March 10-13 in Scottsdale, Arizona, will help attendees understand the connection between people practices and market performance.
While i4cp’s annual conference is primarily for member organizations, a select number of seats are reserved for HR executives and other professionals not yet a part of the i4cp network. As always, to ensure open dialogue and collegial networking, the event is closed to vendors and consultants.
