The Carnival of HR Goes Italian

Jon Ingham has posted the latest Carnival of HR at his Strategic HCM Blog – in Italian.

Okay, so it's not entirely in Italian, but there are Italian allusions all over the place. Apparently, Carnival of HR in Italian is “Carnevale delle Risorse Umane” – probably not something you'll see in Italian travel guides.

This latest carnival is an eclectic grouping of blog posts from around the world, most of them focusing on the economy. RIFs, banking bonuses, executive compensation and other areas impacted by the recession are all fair game.
