Member Services Director
Terry Swarthout joined i4cp in March 2021 as a Member Services Director. In this role, he provides strategic partnership to a community of HR leaders, enabling high performance through connectivity to i4cp human capital research, peer networking, resources, and tools. As a former member with i4cp in 2 organizations, Terry is well-versed in the resources and tools that i4cp offers and how impactful those resources and tools can be for a member.
With more than 30 years in the human capital industry, Terry’s career includes learning & development, talent management, organizational development, talent acquisition, leadership development and change management expertise in a variety of industries. His career has also included sales, sports recruiting and restaurant ownership.
Terry received his Bachelor of Arts, Communications, and a minor Marketing, from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Terry resides in Franklin, Wisconsin and enjoys time with his two children and his dog, Leo and working on projects around his house. He is an avid Everything-Wisconsin sports fan, music & movie nerd, concertgoer, traveler and loves the spur of the moment road trip.
