Ryan has been a leader in the human capital field for the last two decades. He is an accomplished executive with an extensive background and experience in leadership development and is known as a thought leader in the corporate learning, leadership, coaching, and talent management space.

Prior to joining i4cp, Ryan was an executive at Silicon Valley-based Study.com where he led the Enterprise Solutions Division. Ryan also has served for 13 + years as a leader in multiple roles for the University of Phoenix and Apollo Education Group. Ryan is currently a faculty member for the University of Phoenix and facilitates undergraduate and graduate business courses. He also serves on the Professional Development Board for the Association for Talent Development (ATD).

Ryan is a frequent moderator, panelist and speaker on talent management and using human capital strategically in organizations. He also is a youth sports coach and is active in basketball, lacrosse, and softball.
