Regina Moravek

Director, Member Services

Regina Moravek joined i4cp in January 2021 as Director, Member Services. In this role, she provides strategic partnership to a community of HR leaders, enabling high performance through connectivity to i4cp human capital research, peer networking, resources, and tools.

Regina brings with her decades of HR and leadership experience in corporate, higher education, and healthcare. Her previous roles in HR encompassed employee and labor relations, HR business partnership, talent and career development. Her experience directing a college career office enabled her to strategically advise and manage relationships with a range of Fortune 500+ companies and organizations across the US. Her most recent experience as an Employee Ombudsperson for a healthcare system provided her with experience in conflict resolution, neutral problem-solving, and leadership coaching. Regina is passionate about confidential, neutral coaching and career navigation and holds side gigs providing one-on-one guidance.

Regina earned a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and coursework towards her Master’s, also from Cornell. She resides in upstate NY and enjoys family time with her husband and two daughters, both college students. Regina believes life is way too short and searches for ways to pursue her passions and interests that include photography, writing, reading nonfiction and anything that will take her outdoors. When not working on her gutted lake house with her husband, she’s out in nature on a long walk or hike.
