This will be our final meeting of 2021. In thinking ahead to 2022, we have invited i4cp senior research analyst, Tom Stone, to join us for an overview of the key findings of i4cp's 2021 research study, Accelerating Workforce Readiness.
Tom will cover our findings in regard to the future of work, the importance of effectively assessing the skills and capabilities of the organization, and sustaining a culture of continuous learning and development.
