Supporting Talent Mobility

At the May meeting we discussed using people analytics to support talent mobility particularly:

  • People analytics approaches that can support internal mobility and the need for customized, "one-size-fits-one" solutions. 
  • The importance of gathering and tracking employee skills and the challenges of skills-based workforce planning.
  • Possible solutions, including algorithmic approaches, that can help scale career solutions to organizations of any size.
