Objective Performance Management using People Analytics

You may recall during our March in-person, Kari Naimon, Senior Research Analytics at i4cp, and Pat Murakami, Senior Director in Member Services, invited the People Analytics Board to join the Performance Management Exchange for a joint meeting on June 1. The purpose of the joint meeting is to explore how people analytics can inform objective performance management given the flexible work models organizations are adopting. In addition to clarifying the role of people analytics for audience members who are unfamiliar, during the meeting we will explore questions such as

  • How can organizations use analytics to move from activity-based, proximity-biased performance management to outcome-based performance management that is fair and equitable?
  • What questions can analytics help answer that will enable objective performance management?
  • What analytics are actually available to support performance management?
