At the May meeting we welcomed guest speaker, Gad Levanon, Ph.D., Chief Economist for the Burning Glass Institute. He spoke to the group about the labor market outlook, the long-term effects of the pandemic, labor shortages by occupation, and his research related to internal mobility measurement and skill-based hiring.
