Leading Change through Analytics

At our April meeting we had a discussion on driving organizational alignment through analytics with our guest, Amit Mohindra, head of data analytics and insights within global corporate affairs at Takeda. Amit has robust analytics experience not only at Takeda but in prior roles at Wayfair, where he served as global head of talent strategy and analytics, and at Apple as senior director of people. He presented on the topic of leading change through analytics and explored how to navigate internal politics, work with executive leadership, and bridge the gap between human capital and finance to influence key business decisions.
