Cultural Agility & Teams - Connectivity & Collaboration Community Call

As the velocity of work continues to accelerate, team leaders no longer have time to follow a traditional team development pathway of forming, storming, norming, and performing. To reinvent the way we work in today’s hybrid reality, leaders need to adopt an adaptive teaming approach that addresses these needs within the flow of work.

Join this interactive workshop to learn how to design and support adaptive teams suited to different types of work.

This session will be led by Michael Arena, former Amazon talent leader and author of Adaptive Space, and facilitated by the Connected Commons founding team. You’ll hear from thought leaders, proven practitioners, and attendees on today’s major teaming challenges, including:

  • How do you organize teams for different modes of work to optimize workflow?
  • What do team leaders need to do to manage both internal and external collaboration?
  • How do you diagnose and overcome common patterns of team dysfunction?
  • What are the Critical relationships that hold a team together and how to foster these connections
  • How do you develop psychological safety and belonging for healthy teaming within the flow of work?
