CHRO COVID-19 Recording: Xerox's Suzan Morno-Wade - 6/26/20

In response to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak and its unprecedented impact to business and employers, i4cp holds a weekly series of standing calls to help HR leaders navigate this unpredictable time.  

On i4cp’s June 26, 2020 CHRO Action – COVID-19 Response Series call, Church & Dwight Co. Inc., McCormick Corp., Smartsheet and many others joined special Q&A guest Suzan Morno-Wade, executive vice president and CHRO at Xerox, to tackle pressing issues such as addressing racial and gender inequities on a systemic basis. Ms. Morno-Wade discussed Xerox’s recommitment to its position as a leader in developing and promoting diverse executive-level talent and several call participants shared what their organizations are doing in this regard, such as sharing high-level diversity metrics with their boards.
