This honor recognizes organizations demonstrating exceptional dedication to i4cp membership, maximizing use of research, tools, and community engagement. Toyota North America has been an i4cp enterprise member since 2011, regularly participates in peer calls, research initiatives, and the Executive Development Working Group, and has presented at the i4cp Conference. The company also has executive representation on i4cp's Chief Human Resources Officer Board.

This award recognizes organizations achieving measurable business impact through innovative people practices. Trane Technologies' impressive growth rate, strategic workforce initiatives, engagement with i4cp, and commitment to continuous HR innovation have set a benchmark for high-performance in talent and organizational leadership.
RTX
This award recognizes first-year members demonstrating outstanding engagement and collaboration across i4cp's network. The team at RTX have demonstrated significant cross-functional engagement with 333 active users, multiple peer connections, and alignment with i4cp's tools and research. Leaders have attended the i4cp Conference, led Exchanges, and hosted CHRO Forums.
Northwestern Mutual
This award celebrates organizations successfully transforming their culture to strengthen engagement and performance. Northwestern Mutual have embarked on a new CEO-led culture renovation initiative, aligned with recent leadership transitions. Leaders actively participated in a Culture Architecture Workshop to set the cultural foundation that will underpin their multi-year organizational strategy; defining shifts in mindsets, behaviors, recognition, and rewards that will unite diverse subcultures and build momentum needed for lasting impact.
BNSF Railway Company
This award recognizes exemplary leadership and contributions within i4cp's Exchanges and communities. BNSF leaders have stood out for their generosity and consistency in serving the HR community. This year, they have supported multiple peer to peer connections, continued leading the i4cp Impact & Belonging Exchange, chaired the Chief Learning & Talent Officer Board, and hosted the i4cp CHRO Texas Forum.

Adam Holton
This award honors CHROs demonstrating visionary leadership and strategic impact across the HR community. As Chief Human Resources Officer for GE HealthCare, Adam Holton has been instrumental in GE HealthCare's successful membership launch and strategic engagement, advocating for data-driven talent practices and development alignment across the enterprise.
Ivory Harris
This award is given to an i4cp Board member who has made generous contributions through thought leadership, peer support, and active engagement. Ivory Harris serves as a highly strategic and effective CHRO at AGCO Corporation. Her willingness to lend insights, actively participate in meetings, and assist peers are among the key reasons she was selected.
Jay Jamrog
This award honors an individual recognized as a visionary and influencer in HR, workforce strategy, and talent management, whose work has made a significant impact on the profession globally. Jay Jamrog is a futurist and recently retired co-founder of i4cp, and has devoted over 40 years to identifying and analyzing the major issues and trends affecting the management of people in organizations. Over the years, he has helped some of the most innovative organizations gain a deeper understanding of the world's changing business environment and has helped them think strategically about today's actions and tomorrow's plans. He joins past i4cp Industry Legend Award recipients including Peter Cappelli, Dave Ulrich, Gary Hamel, Marshall Goldsmith, and Beverly Kaye.
