Talent Acquisition Board In-Person Meeting

I wanted to share with everyone the presentations from our in-person meeting.
We discussed both automation, process, and design of technology. The simplicity of one system that does everything does not always fit the needs and API integration needed as TA technology evolves. Both LinkedIn and TIAA shared their journeys. Jennifer Shappley shared her experience of creating one TA Tech Stack integrating the homegrown engineering ATS that has difficulties integrating with new tech. We are excited to learn more about the Experiential Room that she and her teams are building to walk through the entire TA process. Heather Harris shared TIAA’s journey of getting to ‘One single source of Truth” in their TA Tech Stack. The Board members discussed what data they are using to share insight s with the business and the ability to use Tableau/Visier to show the data-driven insights around talent. We had a good discussing around Assessments and especially Pymetrics.
We discussed Executive Search Interview processes, Feedback loops and Chargeback models as well as how I&D becomes a larger focus in Executive search.
We had a great discussion with Charlotte Marshall and Bryan Adams on Employment branding and the focus on creating emotion across the candidate experience.
