The Challenges and Opportunities for HR Analytics

The topic for our virtual meeting was “The challenges and opportunities for HR analytics”.

Special guests were i4cp CEO Kevin Oakes, CHRO Board member Mark Blankenship and i4cp People Analytics Board member Alexis Fink, who is the general manager, talent intelligence & analytics at Intel. Rather than a formal presentation, Alexis will add insights and answer questions throughout.

Kevin Oakes provided a review of the current state of HR Analytics – Kevin Oakes (presentation attached). This was followed by a discussion with Mark Blankenship on the HR Analytics journey at Jack In The Box led by Jay Jamrog. Jay Jamrog and Kevin Martin highlighted the research underway at i4cp: “The Future of HR Analytics” and Kevin Martin wrapped up the meeting with clarity and timeline for the the 2017 CHRO Board study.
