Chief HR Officer Board March 2017 In-Person Meeting
We had a full and exciting agenda starting with the meeting with a review and discussion of the latest People-Profit Chain research with the other i4cp Boards. Then we met as a CHRO Board to see what is top of mind for each of you, and continued our ever popular discussion of how best to deal with the issues surrounding executive compensation. We concluded the meeting exploring two important topics. First, Rob Cross joined us to lead a discussion about Collaborative Overload. Then, John Boudreau joined us as we discussed ‘What’s needed next from HR’; the output from which will shape this year’s Board study. We’ll concluded the day with a fantastic cocktail reception.
