I4CP FLASH CALL: VIRTUAL LEADERSHIP, VIRTUAL TEAMS, AND WORKING FROM HOME

Remote work, virtual teams, and therefore virtual leadership are hot topics during this time of COVID-19. This virtual webinar and discussion, co-hosted by Kevin Oakes, i4cp's CEO, and Tom Stone, i4cp Senior Research Analyst, shared i4cp's latest survey data on the extent to which organizations have shifted to remote work in the past few weeks.  

Learning leaders from i4cp's CLTO Board and others on the call shared what their organizations are doing to support this rapid change. With remote workers comes the need for strong virtual leaders and managers, so several key findings from a Virtual Leadership study (from prior to COVID-19) were also shared and discussed.
