The Critical Human Capital Issues of 2011

This report provides analysis of the results of i4cp's 2011 Critical Human Capital Issues Survey, which was conducted in December 2010. Previous iterations of this publication - formerly titled the Major Issues Survey - have been conducted by i4cp over the past three decades, and provide rich longitudinal perspective that informs our research and, in turn, aids our members in setting organizational priorities.

Participants were asked to identify the issues that will be most important to their organization in the coming year and to rate their organizations' effectiveness in addressingthose issues. The results illustrate the difference in response between higher and lower-performingcompanies and indicate which issues were considered "critical" based on analysis of the differencein importance and effectiveness ratings.
