Building Workforce Design Capability - Workforce Planning Exchange

In this Workforce Planning & Readiness Exchange session, members heard from two leaders on parallel journeys in building workforce design capability using OrgVue: Amy Schaefer, Senior Director, Global Organizational Effectiveness at McCormick, and Brittany Hanna Organizational Effectiveness Director at Best Buy. Though at different stages, their shared insights offered a layered view into implementing internal org design infrastructure, shifting mindsets, and enabling more dynamic and strategic workforce planning. This session also highlighted the power of peer connection, as the two met through an i4cp working group and have continued to learn from one another.
