Getting Employees Vaccinated Focus Group

This research focus group is open to any senior HR practitioners who contributed to our April research survey on Getting Employees Vaccinated. 

During the focus group, which will be co-moderated by i4cp and Andrew Gold, Head of Talent at Pitney Bowes, we will share key findings from the Getting Employees Vaccinated survey. We will also ask some follow-up questions to learn more about how organizations are addressing employee concerns, working to get a majority of the workforce vaccinated, and planning for the return to the workplace. It’ll serve as a great opportunity to discuss and share ideas with peers.

A preview of our survey results:

• Nearly two-thirds (61%) of organizations say that they’ll have U.S. employees back in the office by end of summer.
• Only 10% have not decided on a return to the workplace plan, indicating that the U.S. rollout of vaccines is crystalizing plans for most companies.
• More than half (51%) of organizations are offering PTO for employees to get the shot; that’s up from 33% last month.
