2020 Learnings and 2021 Critical Needs

In our first meeting of the new year, we were excited to reconnect, reflect on the many lessons and learning that 2020 brought our way, but mostly, focus on what lies ahead for us in 2021. 

The first half of our meeting was focused on building deeper connections with Exchange Member Lead Christina Chateauvert who walked us through a “Rose, Bud, Thorn” exercise, where we broke into small groups for an intimate sharing of wins and opportunities in our EE work.  We shared key takeaways with the larger group. In the second half of our meeting, we facilitated an activity that helped us align on what the group’s most critical needs are in the work ahead in 2021.
