Chief Learning & Talent Officer Board June 2026 Virtual Meeting - CTO Partner Project
This summer, the CTO Board will launch a multi-session working series focused on shaping and defining the role of the CTO Partner. In this first session, members will explore the opportunities this role creates, the challenges it is intended to address, and the appropriate level of engagement—from operational support to strategic partnership.
Through collaborative discussion, the group will work toward a shared understanding of the role and its intended impact.
Session Outcomes:
- Define 3–5 core use cases for the CTO Partner role
- Align on the appropriate altitude of engagement (operational to strategic)
- Identify non-goals and clarify what the role should not be responsible for
