At our September meeting we will debut a new CLTO Board resource, an app that will make it easy for Board members to connect, share, and engage with other members anytime. In the meeting we’ll work with members to load, test, and use the new app. You will leave the meeting ready and able to make it part of your Board experience. The new app is designed to help you:

  • Stay connected to your board peers between meetings—not just when we're together live
  • Quickly find members facing similar challenges, priorities, or business issues
  • Tap into the collective expertise of the board to get answers, ideas, and practical advice when you need it
  • Build deeper relationships through one-on-one and small-group conversations with fellow members

At the same meeting we’ll also hear from Tom Stone on the recent i4cp study: The AI Enabled HR Operating Model for Future-Ready Organizations. He’ll share insights on: 

  • Business expectations of HR are rising because of AI
