Chief Learning & Talent Officer Board - CTO Partner Project (Session #2)

The CTO Board launched a multi-session working series in late June focused on shaping and defining the role of the CTO Partner. In the first session, members explored the opportunities this role creates, the challenges it is intended to address, and the appropriate level of engagement—from operational support to strategic partnership.  This meeting will continue to build on the progress of the previous meeting.
