Judy Albers, Director of Research Enablement at i4cp and Eric Davis, Senior Editor & Creative Director; Research Lead, Impact & Belonging Leader Board at i4cp, guided members through a working session to gather feedback on the revised i4cp Impact & Belonging Framework, which covers standards, scope, and progression using a refreshed i4cp Progress Model and a new Capabilities/Competencies Suite that will be made available to i4cp members later this quarter.

The session combined framework orientation with real-time member input, revealing a clear pattern: while impact and belonging is widely recognized as a priority, many organizations are still early in building the organizational capabilities and individual competencies required to execute effectively—particularly those addressing shifting current and uncertain future needs.

Members reviewed both the I&B Organizational Capability Groups and I&B Individual Competencies, exploring how impact & belonging work must be structured, scaled, and activated across the enterprise.
