In a recent pulse survey, 14cp asked 137 learning and development
leaders whether they expect the coronavirus pandemic to pose a talent risk for
their organization’s current leaders.
The majority said they anticipate no change (29%) or somewhat less talent
risk (27%). Another 18% expect the pandemic to create somewhat more talent
risk, with 10% anticipating significantly greater talent risk, and believe
their companies will be at much higher risk of losing key leaders.

collected April 10 - 15, 2020.
