Coronavirus: What Workplace Safety Policy Changes Are Ahead?

In a recent pulse survey, i4cp asked HR leaders at 306 organizations to share what sort of workplace safety policy or protocol changes they anticipate their companies making to support return-to-work efforts.  

Overall, 82% of respondents said their organizations foresee requiring any employee who is ill to continue working from home, while 75% anticipate that their organizations will increase the frequency of janitorial or other cleaning services at company facilities. 

The data was collected April 15 - 17, 2020.
