In a recent i4cp pulse survey of HR leaders at 306 organizations, we asked what percent of companies’ senior leadership teams’ collective energy is currently focused on “return to the workplace” strategies/efforts.
By far, the largest number (55%) responded that their organization’s senior leadership team is dedicating up to 25% of its energy on return to work efforts. Another 16% said their senior leadership teams are committing up to 50% of their time to return to work strategies.
