Coronavirus: How Has the Pandemic Affected Leadership Development?

In a recent i4cp pulse survey, we asked learning and development leaders how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted leadership development within their organization. Most notably, 73% of 137 respondents said their organizations are converting some leadership development programs to be delivered virtually. Another 70% reported their companies are rescheduling or delaying some leadership development programs.

The data was collected April 10 - 15, 2020.
