Prior to i4cp, Jackson was a Partner at Hanold Associates where she led strategic Human Resources searches. Previously, Kate spent more than 15 years in talent acquisition leadership at GE and Nielsen. Kate holds her six sigma blackbelt, which adds to her ability to exceed her clients’ traditional search expectations.
