Governance and Total Rewards Decision-Making

The May 14 virtual meeting explored Total Rewards’ org design, governance, decision-making, and collaboration across HR. We facilitated a conversation amongst Board members, and their Talent Management counterparts, to expand upon how their teams collaborate (e.g., skills frameworks, job architecture, or performance management) within organizations.
