AI Economics & Organizational Enablement

The May Future of Work Board meeting focused on AI Economics & Organizational Enablement—an increasingly urgent topic among executives and one we want to equip you to influence with greater confidence and insight. Building on the priority areas identified in our March discussion, this session blended learning and peer dialogue, recognizing that organizations are at different stages in their AI journeys.

We were pleased to welcome Justine Hastings, Chief AI Economist at Auger, who offered a unique perspective on AI cost structures—from tokens to total investment—and how they compare to human labor.
