Happy New Year! We hope you and yours had a relaxing, enjoyable, and safe holiday season.
Based on your feedback, we have changed our schedule this year and will be holding our Board meetings on Thursdays at 10am PT/1pm ET.
Our first meeting of the new year will occur on January 28th, and our agenda is as follows:
• We will start with a brief update on the research and conversations i4cp has been leading on the issue of whether or not to mandate COVID vaccinations.
• This will lead us into an important discussion on Culture; a top 3 priority among the majority of you for 2021. Our special guest will be i4cp CEO, Kevin Oakes, who will lend perspective from the multitude of interviews that went into his new book “Culture Renovation”.
• We will then shift to a discussion about Leadership Behaviors. The Future of Work / Organization of the Future represents the #1 priority for this Board in 2021. We will share key findings from the brand new i4cp study on the leadership behaviors for the organization of the future.
• We will conclude with a discussion about potential areas of collaboration with other i4cp Boards in 2021 (e.g., similar to the September 2020 all-i4cp Board panel discussion on Addressing Systemic Racial Inequity) and provide insight into three areas of potential misalignment that you need to be aware of regarding human capital disclosure.
