Measuring and Managing the New Corporate Currency
We were excited to welcome new Board Members Emma Jeffries from Iron Mountain, Kellie Leonard from Nike, Jackie Hunter from Banner Health, Walter Hurdle from Atrium Health and Katie Juran from Adobe to their first Board meeting.
During our Board meeting, we were joined by Kevin Martin, i4cp Chief of Research, who reviewed i4cp’s latest study, Measuring and Managing the New Corporate Currency and led a discussion on the role of the Office of I&D. We explored the research on renewed and/or emerging emphasis on organizational culture and capability as critical components of the business value equation, as well as the metrics, insights, and strategies that will help illuminate and optimize both. Specifically, we looked at the interconnectedness of purpose, culture, and brand, and how the organizations that properly measure and monitor this new corporate currency will have considerable advantages now and in a post-pandemic world.
