Join fellow Impact & Belonging leaders for an interactive working session focused on Reviewing and Workshopping the I&B Capabilities, Competencies and I&B Development Model. Members will have an opportunity to review the latest working group materials and help advance this important work. The session will also feature an introduction to the new i4cp Executive Boards App, designed to extend peer connection and collaboration beyond the Board meeting.
In this session, members will:
- Review and workshop the I&B Capabilities, Competencies and I&B Development Model, providing insights and feedback on the latest working group materials.
- Get an early look at the new Executive Boards App and explore new ways to connect with peers, gather insights, and continue critical conversations between meetings.
- Connect and exchange perspectives with fellow I&B leaders as the work moves forward.
