A worksheet to help teams explore what the data might mean and where to go next.

Leaders often jump straight to answers. But without the right questions, even good data won’t lead to useful insight.

This worksheet is designed to guide early-stage analysis. It’s based on the exploratory data analysis (EDA) method, which is commonly used by analysts to spot patterns, test ideas, and build simple, early hypotheses.

Each section includes prompts to guide your thinking. Use the open space to capture rough ideas as a starting point to determine what problem you're solving, what data you need to gather, and work toward a narrative.  If you want to use AI as a thinking partner, i4cp's Data Questioning Coach and Data Storytelling Coach will help you dive deeper.
