Built in ChatGPT and grounded in real-world compensation logic, it walks users through the key factors that drive pay decisions—performance, budget, market value, time-in-role, and internal equity—so they can enter these conversations informed, prepared, and confident.

The tool is for managers; it serves as a just-in-time coach—clarifying reasoning, surfacing risks, and offering clear language to explain decisions.
