As Chief Revenue Officer of i4cp, Steve is responsible for shaping the revenue engine encompassing sales, demand generation, client acquisition, and international development. The key objective is to accelerate i4cp’s growth and deepen its impact in the human capital space. He leads cross-functional teams to align product value, market positioning, and operational execution, ensuring that revenues scale predictably while maintaining customer-centricity and excellence in delivery.

Over the course of his career, Steve has:

  • Developed and implemented high-impact revenue strategies that have aligned sales, marketing, and customer success, breaking down silos and improving performance across the customer lifecycle.
  • Built and led teams through phases of rapid growth, guiding them through complexity while instilling metrics discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced business development and partner ecosystems to drive scalable channel-led growth, new market expansion, and diversification of revenue streams.
  • Leveraged data-driven decision-making to sharpen segmentation, optimize pricing, forecast accurately, and improve retention—creating more sustainable, predictable revenue.
  • Prior to joining i4cp, Steve held senior leadership roles at organizations where he:

  • Transformed go-to-market operations, aligning value propositions with customer needs and optimizing buyer journeys to increase conversion and deal size.
  • Introduced scalable marketing automation and CRM systems to enable better lead generation, scoring, and pipeline insight.
  • Collaborated with product, finance, and operations functions to ensure business strategy, resource allocation, and execution models were tightly aligned to revenue objectives.

Steve holds a deep commitment to coaching and developing talent, believing that empowered, engaged teams are the foundation of revenue success. Steve earned an undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Babson College. He resides in Great Boston with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with his family.
