Senior Director, Member Services
Pat Murakami is a Senior Director in Member Services. She has over 20 years of experience in the human capital space with 15 years as an independent practitioner. Her primary focus of expertise is on organizational behavior issues in management level positions as well as customized performance management systems. She is currently the i4cp Champion for the Performance Management Exchange.
Earlier in her career, she was co-owner of an e-learning site and consulted nationally for a boutique organizational behavior firm. Before her work in the human capital field she was the Marketing Manager for a global real estate management organization. She has been published in several real estate and human capital trade publications.
Pat has her MBA from The Kellogg Graduate School of Business-Northwestern University in Organizational Behavior and International Business/Marketing, and a BA from Wittenberg University in English and Psychology. She lives in the northwestern Chicago suburbs with her husband, their two adulting kids back to visit when time permits. She mentors at the high school with the small business incubator teams and volunteers when they are not cooking, stitching or traveling.
