Alyssa joined i4cp in August of 2017 and her portfolio of members includes Microsoft, Boeing, Wells Fargo, T-Mobile, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Snapchat.
Alyssa comes to i4cp with a strong talent management background. Prior to starting with i4cp, she oversaw performance management, culture, and diversity/inclusion for a large retail company. Prior to that role, she managed leadership development enterprise initiatives for the company. She used to be a member of i4cp before coming to i4cp and is excited to now be on the other side and helping world-class organizations shape and implement best-in-class people practices.
