Moving from Analytics Projects to Products

In this meeting for members of i4cp's People Analytics Board, Guru Sethupathy, Vice President of People Strategy and Analytics, Capital One, and his team presented a new product design based on insights garnered from the i4cp People Analytics Board.

Guru last joined us in April to gather information and insights from Board members. This meeting focused on reviewing the resulting design, getting feedback, and having a discussion about the applied concepts. 

Additionally, Jay Jamrog, i4cp's co-founder and futurist, discussed observations on agility and culture, how organizations have responded to the pandemic as a result, and the implications for and role people analytics play.
